The Digital Operation plays a crucial role in our team, focusing on enhancing our brand’s digital presence and engagement. You will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our digital initiatives across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Advertising: Efficiently manage and oversee advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Content Optimization: Enhance the website and social media content for platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Plus, aiming to increase user engagement and visibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze website traffic, utilizing data analytics to generate comprehensive internal reports to guide strategy adjustments and improvements.
- SEO Management: Implement and refine SEO strategies for website content, improving search engine rankings and visibility.
- Social Media Management: Spearhead social media strategies to bolster visibility, engagement, and reach across various platforms.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Digital Operations Integration: Work closely with both the Content and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of digital operations, optimizing performance and coherence in digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Qualifications Required: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology or any other related field.
- Familiar with the digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
- Hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads preferred.
- Experienced in doing research using multiple sources.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
